California sun — and scholarship contributions — for this dental hygiene class reunion

May 18th, 2016

The Caruth School of Dental Hygiene Class of 1968 is at it again. Twelve alumni gathered in Irvine, California, for a class reunion on April 12. The destination: the home of ’68 classmate Betty Ferraro and her husband, Dr. Ken Ferraro.

Beyond traversing the California coast, sightseeing their way from Los Angeles to San Diego, the group carved out time for an auction with a special cause: the dental hygiene scholarship fund. In total, alumni contributed $1,760.

More fun times lie ahead, as a 2018 destination reunion in Florida is in the works.
