Parrigin-Clark talks Resource Team during ADEA conference
Gail Parrigin-Clark, director of financial services at Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry, presented at the 2015 American Dental Education Association Sections on Business and Financial Administration and Clinic Administration meeting on Oct. 3 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In sync with the meeting’s focus on “change,” Parrigin-Clark’s presentation, “Resource Team: A Targeted Approach to Improving Morale,” was part of a session featuring hot topics in dental education as they relate to business, finance and clinic administration.
Parrigin-Clark is a member of the TAMBCD Resource Team, an organization composed of staff members appointed from across the college to work toward effecting positive change in the TAMBCD work environment in the areas of health and wellness, camaraderie, and professional development.
After the presentation, Parrigin-Clark led small group discussions that allowed participants the opportunity to ask in-depth questions and explore potential solutions for their respective institutions.
