Two faculty members presented abstracts at the International Association for Dental Research 2013 General Session & Exhibition, held March 20-23 in Seattle. Drs. Celeste Abraham and Francisco Rivera-Hidalgo presented “Evaluation of Tissue Resistance to Soft Tissue Emphysema” and “Regeneration of Periodontal Osseous Defects Treated with Minimally Invasive Surgery.”
Dr. Nancy Burkhart gave presentations Jan. 25-26 during the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention in Denver: “Body of Evidence” and “Treating the Patient with Oral Lichen Planus.”
Burkhart also presented “Mucosal Disease: Which One Is It?” on Feb. 1 to dental professionals attending the 2013 Yankee Dental Congress in Boston.
